The piece
The Falkland pendant lamp, designed by Bruno Munari, features a tubular elastic fabric stretched over seven metal rings of varying sizes. Its form emerges spontaneously through gravity and tension, creating soft, diffused lighting reminiscent of paper lanterns. Available in three heights —165cm, 85cm, and 53cm— all with a constant diameter of 40cm, it offers dramatic vertical presence while folding down compactly for transport or storage. A design that combines simplicity, functionality, and elegance in one sculptural object.
